When the front desk checks a guest out, the room changes status and the cleaning team sees it on their phone. When the housekeeper finishes, the front desk knows the room can be assigned. That small chain, with no phone calls or paper, saves a lot of time at peak hours. And if something breaks, it is logged as a maintenance issue and assigned to someone.

Every booking has its folio, where room charges and consumption accumulate. If the guest dines at the restaurant or has a drink at the bar, the POS can charge it to the room. At the end of the shift, cash control and the night audit let you check that what was collected matches what was recorded.

For administration, invoicing can be exported in a generic format for your accounting ERP. You do not depend on a specific brand: the file adapts to your accountant's process.

Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR are the three indicators almost every hotel manager looks at every day. Alongside them, revenue by business unit shows how much comes from the rooms and how much from the restaurant, the spa or the parking. And if you want to ask something specific, the AI assistant answers in plain language and proposes actions that you confirm.

The night audit is the moment when the front desk and administration check that everything balances: cash and card payments, pending charges to rooms, invoices issued. Having cash control by shift reduces differences and saves you from reviewing transactions at the end of the week.
