Data controller

Controller: PMS Balear. Contact: info@pms-balear.com. The full identification details of the owner appear, or will appear, in the legal notice.

Which data we process and for what purpose

Through the contact and demo form we collect the data that you provide to us:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Company or property.
  • Phone.
  • Message.

We use this data only to respond to your request for information or for a demonstration. We do not use it for other purposes nor do we pass it on to third parties for commercial use.

Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request, when you ask for a demonstration of the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.

Retention

We will keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legal periods in which liabilities could arise. If a commercial relationship is not established, the data will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for that purpose.

Recipients and hosting of the data

The contact form does not store your data in any database: the message is sent by email, through the Cloudflare network, to the team mailbox (Google Workspace / Gmail). Cloudflare and Google act as processors; they may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). The data of the PMS application of our customers is hosted on servers in the European Union.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights by writing to info@pms-balear.com and identifying yourself:

  • Access to your data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten).
  • Objection to processing.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Portability of your data.

If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

Security and cookies

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. On the use of storage in your browser, see the cookie policy.
